  6. The user forum area of the Website is for the use of registered users of Datatank Opus software. It is to provide you with a place to discuss Opus products and to share and discuss experiences, ideas, helpful tips and good practice. In order to participate in the forums, you must agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out below.
    1. The Datatank Opus Support Team will act as administrators and moderators of the user forums. They will provide answers to questions and participate in some discussion but not provide direct support via forums. If you need system support please use the contact point provided.
    2. The Datatank Opus Support Team will have the final say on when to delete or remove posts, close delete or merge topics to maintain the professional and effective use of user forums.
    3. Your responsibility as a registered forum user for the content of your messages. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless these forums.
    4. You agree to never give the password for your account to anyone else for your protection.
    5. You agree to never allow another person to post messages to the forums in your name. You also agree to never use the account of another user to post messages to the forums.

    8. The Datatank Opus Support Team will remove or delete any posts that contravene the terms and conditions of the forums. Datatank Opus Support Team will apply appropriate measures depending on the effect of the breach of terms and conditions. Any continuous violation of these rules may result in a permanent ban from the forums.
